LipoBliss shipping, tracking and returns
Orders leave the fulfillment desk within one business day of payment clearing. Average US delivery runs 3 to 6 business days. Six-bottle packs ship free inside the United States; single and three-bottle packs carry a shipping charge shown at checkout.

If something goes wrong
Tracking has not moved for several days. Carrier scans can lag over weekends and public holidays. If nothing has changed after four business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will chase it.
The parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it. Check with neighbours and around the property first, then write to us. We will open a carrier trace and, if it does not surface, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
A bottle arrived damaged. Photograph the bottle and the outer box before you throw anything away, then email the pictures to the same address. Glass in transit is rare but it happens, and it is replaced rather than argued about.
The lot code does not match. Compare it against the batch published on the verification page and tell us what you see. That is the one problem we want to hear about even if you are otherwise happy.
Returns and the refund window
You have 60 days from delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number, get the return address, send the bottles back with tracking, and the refund goes to your original payment method once the return arrives. Opened bottles are accepted. Return postage is yours, and the original shipping charge, where one was paid, is not refunded.
Do not send anything back before you have the return address. Parcels that arrive without one are hard to match to an order and slow everything down. The formal wording is on the refund policy page and the walkthrough is on the guarantee page.
