LipoBliss ingredients, exactly as the label prints them

LipoBliss declares two things per serving: chromium as chromium picolinate at 7 mcg, 20% of the Daily Value, and a Proprietary Herbal Blend at 200 mg holding 21 supportive compounds. Nine of those compounds are named on the bottle. None of them carry an individual milligram figure, and this page does not invent one.

The declared panel

Per serving, one 1 mL dropper. 30 servings per 1 fl oz (30 mL) bottle.
ItemAmountDaily Value What it is there for
Chromium (as chromium picolinate)7 mcg20% DVThe only micronutrient on the label with a Daily Value attached. Chromium supports normal macronutrient metabolism and insulin function, and it is the ingredient most often linked to the blood-sugar side of appetite swings.
Proprietary Herbal Blend200 mgNot establishedOne combined weight covering 21 supportive compounds. The manufacturer names the compounds but does not publish what each one weighs, which is the single biggest gap in this label.

Other ingredients: purified water and vegetable glycerin as the carrier base. LipoBliss is non-GMO, and the drops are taken straight or in water.

The nine named actives

Maca root extract

Proprietary blend, Root

Traditionally used for stamina and steadiness. It is the ingredient the brand leans on for the women over 45 angle, where fatigue and hormonal shifts make weight management harder.

African mango seed extract

Proprietary blend, Seed

Irvingia gabonensis, native to Central Africa. Studied for satiety and for how the body handles fat storage. One of the appetite-side ingredients in the blend.

Green tea leaf extract

Proprietary blend, Leaf

The catechin source, EGCG in particular. The most researched ingredient in the whole formula and a standard inclusion in metabolism blends.

Coleus forskohlii root extract

Proprietary blend, Root

The forskolin source. Studied for its role in breaking down stored fat and for body composition, with results that are interesting rather than settled.

Gymnema sylvestre leaf extract

Proprietary blend, Leaf

Long used in traditional herbal medicine against sweet cravings, and one of the better documented botanicals for supporting blood sugar already in the normal range.

Cayenne pepper fruit extract

Proprietary blend, Fruit

Capsaicin, the compound behind the heat. Studied for thermogenesis, the small rise in calorie burning that follows a meal, and for appetite.

L-Carnitine HCl

Proprietary blend, Amino acid

A transport molecule. It carries fatty acids into the mitochondria where they are burned for energy, which is why it appears in so many metabolic formulas.

L-Tyrosine

Proprietary blend, Amino acid

A precursor to the neurotransmitters behind focus and drive. In this formula it sits on the "how you feel while dieting" side rather than the fat side.

Grapefruit seed extract

Proprietary blend, Seed

A bioflavonoid source, included for digestion and nutrient handling as part of a broader weight management routine.

What the label does not tell you

A 200 mg proprietary blend spread across 21 compounds is a small budget. Even if the nine named actives took the whole 200 mg and the other twelve compounds weighed nothing, that would average roughly 22 mg each. Clinical work on green tea extract, gymnema or forskolin generally runs well above that per ingredient[3][6]. We are not saying the formula does nothing. We are saying the label does not let anyone, including us, claim the doses match the research.

This is normal in the category and it is legal. Proprietary blends protect a formula from being copied, and they also make it impossible to compare two products honestly. If per-ingredient transparency is your deciding factor, LipoBliss will not satisfy you, and you should know that before you order rather than after.

What the label does tell you is real: the chromium figure is specific, the blend weight is specific, the ingredient names are specific, and the bottle is filled in an FDA-registered cGMP facility. The testing and quality page covers what gets screened on each run, and the lot record shows what the current batch returned.

How to take it

One full 1 mL dropper a day. Most people take it in the morning, either under the tongue for thirty seconds or stirred into a glass of water or juice. The 30 mL bottle covers 30 servings, so one bottle is a month. There is no loading phase and no cycling schedule.

Shake the bottle before use, keep it out of direct sun, and do not exceed the serving on the label. If you are pregnant or nursing, managing blood sugar, or taking prescription medication, clear it with your doctor first. That includes anyone already on a prescription GLP-1 treatment.

Pricing for every pack sits on the order page, the mechanism is covered on how it works, and you can return to the LipoBliss official website at any time.
