Refund policy

In force from August 2026. Applies to every LipoBliss order placed through elipobliss.com.

1. The window

You may request a refund within 60 calendar days of the date your order is delivered. Delivery date is taken from the carrier tracking record attached to your order.

2. What qualifies

All LipoBliss bottles purchased through elipobliss.com qualify, whether opened or unopened, on every pack size. Products bought from any other source do not qualify, because this desk has no record of them and no way to verify them.

3. Starting a return

Email [email protected] from the address used to place the order, quoting your order number. Support will reply with the return address and any reference to write on the parcel. Do not ship anything before you receive those instructions.

4. Sending the bottles back

Return all bottles from the order, used and unused. Use a trackable service and keep the receipt until the refund lands. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.

5. What is refunded

The full purchase price of the product. The outbound shipping charge, where one was paid, is not refunded. Return postage is not reimbursed.

6. Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned parcel is received and checked, normally within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may add its own processing time.

7. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If a bottle arrives broken, or the order does not match what you bought, contact [email protected] with photographs within 14 days of delivery. These cases are replaced or refunded without a return in most instances.

8. Repeat claims

The guarantee is offered in good faith for customers trying the product. We reserve the right to decline repeat refund claims from the same customer, household or address where the pattern suggests the terms are being used as a supply route.

9. Subscriptions

There are none. Every order on this portal is a single payment with no rebill and nothing to cancel.
