What this site collects by itself

Very little. These pages are static files. There is no account system, no login, no comment section and no advertising pixel embedded in the templates. Standard server logs record the usual technical details of a request: IP address, timestamp, page requested, referring page and browser string. Those logs are used for security and traffic volume, and they are discarded on a rolling basis.

The contact form

The form on the contact page opens your own email client and sends a message from your own address to ours. Nothing is stored on this site in the process. Once your email reaches the desk it is kept with the rest of the support correspondence.

What happens when you order

Clicking a purchase button hands you to the manufacturer's authorized checkout on a different domain. Name, address, contact and payment details are collected there, under that operator's own privacy terms, and payment card data never touches this portal at any point.

Third parties involved

The web host that serves these files. The font service that delivers the two typefaces used on the pages. The checkout and payment operator once you leave for the order page. The carrier that delivers your parcel. That is the whole list.

Cookies

This portal sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics script. The only browser storage used is a single session flag that remembers you dismissed the offer bar, which clears when you close the tab.

How long anything is kept

Support correspondence is retained while a matter is open and for a reasonable period after, so a refund or delivery question can be reconstructed if it comes back. Server logs rotate. Order records live with the checkout operator under their retention rules.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] to ask what correspondence we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for it to be deleted. If your state gives you additional rights over personal information, tell us which and we will apply them.

Children

This portal is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold information about minors.

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the revision date at the top moves and the change is described here rather than applied quietly.
